Alexandra was appointed as General Counsel / Head of Risk and Company Secretary in October 2019.  Alexandra has group-wide responsibility for Thorn’s legal, risk and governance functions.

Alexandra has over 20 years’ experience in the legal profession with extensive experience in corporate law and corporate governance. Prior to her appointment, Alexandra held senior legal and risk roles with a number of leading Australian financial services companies. 

Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Technology, Sydney and a Master of Business Administration from the University of New South Wales (AGSM). She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Governance Institute of Australia.
