Thorn has sold each of its underlying businesses. Thorn’s asset finance and solar loans books were sold to Resimac Asset Finance Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of Resimac Group Ltd. All other consumer loans and Radio Rentals consumer leases were sold to Credit Corp Group Ltd.

Information for Former Shareholders

Thorn Group was removed from the Official List of the Australian Securities Exchange at the close of trading on Wednesday, 12 December 2023. This followed the court approved scheme of arrangement between Thorn and its then shareholders, under which Somers Limited acquired all of the ordinary shares in Thorn that it did not already own.
